3 cups Nandi White Corn Flaking Grits
1 cup Nandi Mixed Frozen Vegetables
5 cups water
½ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Nandi Canola or Sunflower Cooking Oil
1 tablespoon butter

Cook time: 0 hrs. - 35 mins.
Corn Samp and Veggies
In a large pot, add 5 cups of water, add 1 tablespoon of Nandi Canola or Sunflower Cooking Oil.
Add 3 cups of Nandi White Corn Flaking Grits
Allow to boil and then simmer over low heat for 25 minutes Corn grits will swell
Add 1 cup of Nandi Mixed Frozen Vegetables, mix into the grits
Allow to simmer for 5 minutes
Stir in 1 tablespoon of butter
