Creamy white corn grits
In a medium pot, add 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of water, heat and allow to simmer over medium heat
Over low heat, slowly add 1 cup of Nandi White Corn Snack Grits, whisk/stirring constantly
Add 1 tablespoon sugar and ½ teaspoon salt, whisk/stirring constantly
Allow to simmer for 5 minutes while stirring continually
Grits will swell
Stir in 1 tablespoon of butter
Serve hot
