4 cups Nandi White Cornmeal
7 Cups water
1 Tablespoon of butter

In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 cups of Nandi White Cornmeal Fine, 1.5 cups of cold water, and 1 tablespoon butter
Mix to a thick paste
In a large sauce pan, bring 6 cups of water to a boil
Lower the heat to medium and gradually add the cornmeal paste to the boiling water while stirring
Continue stirring until the mixture boils
Cover the sauce pan and let cook for 10 minutes
Gradually add 2 to 2.5 cups of Nandi White Cornmeal Fine depending on desired consistency while mixing vigorously
Once well mixed, cover the pan and reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 5 minutes
Mix vigorously and let simmer for another 3 minutes
Mix and serve while hot with green vegetables and a protein of your choice (beans, chicken, beef, goat, lamb etc.)
