Our aromatic brown, and white Basmati rice comes from co-op farms in India. It cooks fluffy with a slightly sweet aromatic flavor when steamed or fried. Its great taste and versatility lend itself to wide use in stuffing, pilafs, casseroles, salads, stir-fries, and many other rice dishes. Also available as tasty parboiled Basmati rice.
